Note: We do not accept cancellations or modifications once an order is submitted. Please verify your order carefully before placing it.
Processing Timeline:
Deluxx Beauty is a preorder-based business. The processing period for orders usually take 1-14 business days. (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). In the event that your order is extended due to high volume, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may cause.
For time-sensitive purchases, we recommend placing your order well in advance to allow sufficient time for processing and delivery.
Shipping & Delivery:
United States and Canada: 3-5 Business Days via USPS Ground Advantage; 2-3 Business Days via USPS Priority.
International: 7-14 Business Days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions about these charges.
Tracking & Delivery Concerns
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your package is dispatched.
Please note that Deluxx Beauty cannot take responsibility for packages lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. For delivery claims, customers should contact USPS directly.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details entered at checkout are complete and correct.
Packages returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address can be resent once the customer provides the correct information and covers the reshipment cost.
