Return Policy

Every time you return a pair of shoes, a sneaker loses its laces... 😢💔

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or Gift cards.

Note: Generally we only provide store credit. Refunds to the original payment method will be accepted only if we have:

  • Mistakenly delivered the wrong item
  • Ran out of stock before fulfillment of the product

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, shoes must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Condition: Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and free from marks, creases, or scuffs.

  • Timeframe:  Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

  • Final Sale Items: Clearance, discounted, or promotional shoes are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Approval: All returns must be authorized by our team before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued after the original pair has been received, inspected and approved.

Exchanges

We are happy to assist with size-related exchanges whenever possible.

  • Eligibility – Shoes must meet the same conditions as listed above under "return eligibility".

  • Availability – Exchanges are offered for the same style in a different size, subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

  • Timeframe – Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect size shipped). Replacement shoes are sent after the original pair has been received, inspected and approved.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit your request through our Contact Page with your order number.

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.

  3. Ship your shoes back in accordance with our guidelines.

  4. Once inspected, your return or exchange will be processed.

International Orders

Due to the high cost of international return shipping and customs clearance, all international orders are considered final sale (no returns or exchanges), unless the item arrives incorrect.

If an item arrives in the wrong size/style, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
