Fulfillment Policy

At Deluxx beauty, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All claims must be made with the shipping carrier. USPS insures some lost or damaged packages. If your tracking information says it was delivered you can open a claim by calling USPS at (800) 275-8777

For international orders, we are not responsible for any custom fees and taxes. If you are unsure about the charges, we would recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

If your order is returned to us due to insufficient address you will be required to pay a reshipment fee via invoice. Your order will not be reshipped until the fee is paid, reshipment fees range from $10-$15 for US, and $40-$50 for international.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Period:

Deluxx Beauty is a preorder-based business. The processing period for orders usually take 1-14 business days. (Monday - Friday). While delays beyond the timeframe are Rare, they may occur in some cases during peak periods or due to higher demand. In the event that your order is extended, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Shipping is an additional 3-5 business days. 

When ordering during a sale, there may be a slight delay in your order.

Please order at least 3-4 weeks prior to your event/ trip if you're ordering for a specific occasion to ensure delivery.

United States and Canada: 3-5 Business Days via USPS First Class; 1-3 Business Days via USPS Priority

Worldwide: 7-14 Business Days

Address changes:

Any address changes need to be made before your order ships. Once your order ships we cannot change your address.
