Return Policy

Every time you return a pair of shoes, a sneaker loses its laces... 😢💔

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or Gift cards.

Note: We do not accept cancellations once an order is submitted. Please verify your order carefully before placing it.

We will start accepting returns starting September 1st, 2025. All items purchased before then are final sale.

STARTING SEPTEMBER 2025:

U.S CUSTOMERS ONLY

Return for Store Credit:

  • Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to return the item(s) for store credit (please read return eligibility requirements)
  • A $10.00 handling fee is applied to all returns and will be deducted from the store credit amount
  • If the returned items do not meet our return eligibility criteria, they will be sent back to you at your expense.

For Exchanges:

Exchanges are only accepted for the same shoe style in a DIFFERENT SIZE. Currently, we do not allow exchanges for different styles.

  • Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to return the item(s) for an exchange
  • A $10.00 handling fee is applied.
  • If the returned items do not meet our return eligibility criteria, they will be sent back to you at your expense.

Note: Generally we only provide store credit. Refunds to the original payment method will be accepted only if we have:

  • Mistakenly delivered the wrong item
  • Ran out of stock before fulfillment of the product

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

FOR ANY CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF U.S UNFORTUNATELY ALL SALES ARE FINAL, but we are working on ways to accommodate you.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

For a return to be accepted the product must arrive:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and scent/stain free
  • All tags & packaging must be attached and have no signs of being tampered with or reattached

For assistance to start a return, you can contact us at info@deluxxbeauty.com. with your order details and proof of the issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

We have the right to deny any return that does not meet the requirements above. In the case that a return is denied, no credit or refund will be issued.
